I'm weaning myself off. I tried to keep the grid clean (or rather, shoved all of the junk into 6A) but may have indulged myself with too many "unusual" clues, so please (a) feel free to use helpers (as always) and (b) give your honest feedback. Hope y'all enjoy nonetheless!

    Nice! Some I had no clue but the crosses all worked out (other than the 6A junk drawer haha) so I didn't have to google anything. I think the clue for 3D should be singular though.

      For 3D, the clue should be singular to match the answer.
      6A was a stretch, but at least you didn't try to pass it off as something it wasn't. 😛

        Fun puzzle, though I'm puzzled by 9D - I assume it's a of pop culture reference? One other nit - you use "oil" in the clue for DEFAT but it's also the answer in 26 Across.

          Thanks! 9D is a reference to one of the best "sitcoms" of the last twenty years IMO, The Good Place. I saw the 20D/26A "dup" but I (a) felt like 3 character overlap was okay, even if it is definitely the same word and (b) I was too tired to fix it :)
