On 9A, I totally get (and share) the lure of alliteration, but in my experience TET is the Vietnamese name for the Lunar New Year holiday (also celebrated in China and other places using the same calendar). Tet is celebrated in late January or early February (its date moves given the differences between lunar and solar calendars). On the other hand, in Thailand, the observed new year is Songkran, which is celebrated in April (and I think has a fixed Gregorian date).
Good point. I was doing some alliteration for all clues. Maybe in the future it could work for a city that starts with T in Vietnam. Thanks for the info!
